We've been going to Randy's for over 15 years and meals there have been up and down. Mostly good. Unfortunately, last night 1/30/06 was one of the worst. You don't expect that from Randy's and it gives off a bad vibe. The pasta with sausage was average with the sausage being burned, but somewhat hidden in the sauce. The big disappointment was my wife's 'Grouper', which was about three ounces and as thin as if it were actually snapper. It was so over done it was difficult to cut with a knife and was virtually tasteless cardboard. That's no way to serve a fish special, especially at a restaurant which has gained some status like Randy's. Needless to say, Randy's is being crossed off our list of favorites and our list is a short one. Randy, you used to be good. You've got to act like you care.
