The East End Cafe is an air-conditioned oasis during the warmer summer months. That they have darn good Italian food and an interesting wine list is a nice extra! Their specialties include chicken, veal and fish specialties. There is pasta, of course, but if you enjoy veal cutlet dishes (scallopini, parmigiana, etc) this is the place for you. The excellent house salad is included with entrees and served family style for larger tables. Service is pleasant and friendly. I miss the river in the old bar, but the new sleek black top is an elegant replacement. Mangia!!
