Randy's Bar & Bistro 12/06/2004
Reviewers Rating: Excellent
Randy's was the best place we ate at on the island and probably the best place we have ever been to. Everything was top notch - from the ambiance to the food to the service. The food was excellent - absolutely phenomenal would be more appropriate. You are able to peruse a fine selection of wines and choose a bottle, if you desire. Some of the dishes we tried were Filet of beef stuffed with brie, pork tenderloin, salmon, lobster - all were excellent. Do try the specials - they were outstanding. The appetizers and desserts were also to die for. Randy's is an upscale restaurant, but well worth it - we actually went back a second time and were made to feel like regulars. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and provided service that was impeccable in every way. It is not a very big place, so reservations would be a good idea. It is a great place for a romantic getaway - even the music was perfect (Harry Connick Jr.). We truly could not find anything in need of improvement at Randy's Bar and Bistro.
